(19) Education Procedure for Drivers with All Scores Deducted

Application documents: original ID card of the driver (with passport for foreigners)

Process:

(1) The driver logs in the traffic administration application 12123, click on the “Application for education for drivers with all scores deducted” and follow the relevant process for registration. The driver can also go to the related vehicle administration office for application.

(2) The driver follows the lesson of 7 days (both on APP and in the off-line classroom) on road traffic safety laws and regulations and relevant knowledge. After completing the stipulated online and on-site study, the driver can reserve the test of subject I.

(3) The driver participates in the test on road traffic safety laws and regulations and relevant knowledge.

(4) The driver with at least 24 scores deducted shall reserve the test of subject III at the service office after successfully passing the test of subject I.

Charges: There is no training fee. The test fee for subject I is RMB 80 (Lujiafeihan[2015]No.51) and the test fee for subject III is RMB 200 (Lujiafeihan[2015]No.51).
