While getting goodwill, good government service soft environment, powerful cultural appeal and integrated social harmony gradually transform its unique soft power into economic hard power. How can a city keep the pride and royalty of its citizens? How can a city make its newcomers feel at home and have the sense of belonging? The answer doesn't only the city's hard power like high building and highway, its soft power, the integration of non-material key elements of the city is more important. Not like the pursuit of the hard power like GDP, the soft power of a city is based upon non-material elements such as urban culture, urban environment, population merit, social harmony etc. although these elements are not measurable, it is the absolute principle to maintain sustainable charm of a city.
