(1) Overview: Of foreign-funded projects with contracted foreign investment of $10 million or more, for those with an annual actually received foreign fund totaling from $5 million (inclusive) to $30 million, the referrer of the projects will be rewarded with 0.7% of the actually received fund; for those with that fund totaling from $30 million (inclusive) to $100 million, the referrer will be rewarded with 0.8% of the fund; for those with that fund of $100 million or more, the referrer will be rewarded with 1% of the fund, with the maximum amount up to 20 million yuan. Those who introduce investment projects of the Fortune Global 500 enterprises from abroad will be rewarded at twice the annual actually received fund.

(3) Implementation Procedures

① Referrer fills in the Referrer Filing Form for Qingdao Socialized Professional Investment and Business Promotion Project and goes through the filing formalities;

② The referrer submits the application materials to the business (investment promotion) department of the district (county-level city) where the referrer is, the department, after verification, issues opinions and reports the application to Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce;

③ Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce invites a third-party professional organization to independently review the application materials and issues review opinions;

④ The list of awardees is published;

⑤ Rewards are allocated according to relevant regulations.
