Party Chief of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee Zeng Zanrong met with Executive Vice-President, International of AstraZeneca Iskra Reic and her delegation on the afternoon of May 29.

Zeng Zanrong and Iskra Reic each gave an overview of Qingdao's and AstraZeneaca's development, engaging in in-depth discussions on industrial growth, project investment, and market expansion. Both sides expressed their commitment to building on the strong existing partnership to leverage their respective strengths and deepen cooperation in areas such as regional headquarters development, production and supply base construction, and the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory and rare diseases. This is to achieve more tangible results and jointly advance the life and health industry and the development of Qingdao's Health Bay initiative.
