Blue Dream International Cruise's new cruise ship Blue Dream Song, embodying the spirit of Qingdao, embarked on its maiden voyage from the city, offering a 7-day, 6-night journey with stops in the Japanese ports of Yatsushiro, Aburatsu, and Sasebo. Over the next two weeks, the ship will also depart from Qingdao on August 28, September 1, and September 5 for 5-day, 4-night trips to Fukuoka or Nagasaki.

Qingdao welcomed 11 cruise ships and 28,000 passengers from January to July this year, achieving a record-breaking 99% occupancy rate, the highest since the opening of the Qingdao Cruise Terminal. Qingdao expects to handle up to 21 cruise voyages and 50,000 passengers by the end of the year.
