From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 23, 2022, 8 new local confirmed cases (with mild symptoms) were reported, with 2 from Shibei District, 1 from Shinan District, 1 from Laoshan District (from outside Shandong province), 1 from Chengyang District, 1 from Jimo District, 1 from Jiaozhou (from outside Shandong province) and 1 from Laixi (returning from outside Shandong province). Seven of them tested positive during centralized quarantine and 1 was detected during screenings of key groups of individuals.

Thirty-one new local asymptomatic cases were identified. Fifteen of them were reported from Jimo District (with 1 from outside Shandong province), 3 from Shibei District (with 1 returning from outside Shandong province), 3 from Jiaozhou (all from or returning from outside Shandong province) , 3 from Pingdu (with 1 returning from outside Qingdao), 2 from Shinan District (with 1 returning from outside Qingdao), 2 from Huangdao District (both from outside Shandong province), 2 from Chengyang District (both from outside Shandong province), 1 from Licang District (from outside Shandong province). Among them, 13 were detected during medical observation at home, 10 tesed positive during centralized quarantine, 7 during screenings of key groups of individuals and 1 during community nucleic acid screenings.

No new inbound confirmed case or asymptomatic case was identified.

From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 23, 2022, 3 local confirmed cases from Shibei District were discharged from hospital and 8 local asymptomatic cases (5 from Shibei District, 2 from Jiaozhou and 1 from Jimo District) were discharged from medical observation. Two inbound confirmed cases from the Repubic of Korea were discharged from hospital. Five inbound asymptomatic cases (3 from the Repubic of Korea and 2 from Japan) were discharged from medical observation.
