Two new local asymptomatic cases were identified. One case who tested positive during centralized quarantine was from Shinan District. The other was from Laixi, a truck driver from outside Qingdao who tested positive at the Wubei Expressway Exit in Laixi by cross-regional coordinated screenings and was transferred to the designated hospital in a closed loop.

No new inbound confirmed case was reported. One new inbound asymptomatic case from the Republic of Korea was identified. The case has followed the COVID-19 containment policies upon arrival according to regulations. After testing positive, the case was transferred by negative pressure ambulances to the designated hospital and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infection by the expert group on November 13.

From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 13, 2022, no local confirmed case was discharged from hospital. Four local asymptomatic cases (3 from Huangdao District and 1 from Shibei District) were discharged from medical observation. One inbound confirmed case from the UAE was discharged from hospital. Two inbound asymptomatic cases (1 from the Republic of Korea and the other from Japan) were discharged from medical observation.
