The meeting pointed out that the rapid spread of the corona virus in other countries has brought new challenges and the strictest measures must be taken in the city to cut off cross-border infections. It is necessary to properly handle the inbound travellers declaration in advance, strengthen information sharing with other ports of entry, step up information collection for all inbound travellers, and implement closed-loop management from the port of entry, road transportation to Qingdao to quarantine sites. The meeting reiterated full coverage and services of persons who are under home quarantine. The meeting stressed management and proper pricing of the hotels that are used to accommodate the inbound travellers, adding psychological counseling services shall be strengthened among the persons who are under quarantine at designated hotels.

The meeting required to further strengthen publicity and application of Shandong health QR code to facilitate the orderly flow of people and restore the normal order of life and production. We shall learn the experience and practices of other cities and gradually open all business premises to strengthen the economic and social development vitalities.
