Li Hucheng

Li Hucheng, male, Han nationality born in November 1966,  a holder of Master degree of the Party School of Party Shandong Committee and a Party member, serves as secretary-general and a member of the Party Committee of Qingdao Municipal Government and Party chief of the General Office of Qingdao Municipal Government.

Mr. Li takes charge of the administration of routine work of Qingdao Municipal Government and leads the overall work of the General Office of Qingdao Municipal Government.
